This can be a great way to monetize your site but with all the products featured on your site, you want people to leave your site through an affiliate link and not trough adsense. Especially when your visitors start converting. In the long run affiliate links will probably earn more money.

I think im going to look into “Number 3 ” comment you made. The site has OK amount of traffic all considering its a new site but i want it to convert better. Since the time i submitted my site for review i have added a social networking component to the website and im hoping to build an online community to enhance the site ;-)
